Technical Product Engineer – Cooling Systems

Responsibilities

• Support sales teams with in-depth product knowledge and technical expertise in cooling systems
• Identify and develop opportunities to increase sales of cooling technology solutions
• Advise customers and translate their process and cooling requirements into effective technical solutions
• Collaborate with Product Management and external partners to optimize cooling technologies and adapt them to customer-specific needs
• Develop and deliver training sessions and technical documentation for internal teams and customers
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the cooling segment
• Support the resolution of product-related issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Conduct product-related research, audits, and field testing

What You Bring

• Technical education at Bachelor (HTS) level
• Proven, hands-on experience with cooling systems (essential)
• Experience in a technical environment, preferably within food processing or industrial manufacturing
• Strong process-oriented and analytical mindset with a focus on energy efficiency
• Solid understanding of physics, thermodynamics, and process engineering
• Commercial awareness with strong advisory and customer-facing skills
• Sound knowledge of air cooling and industrial cooling solutions
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Residence in the Netherlands
