You will be working at a fast-growing SaaS company in the North Brabant region that helps organizations optimize scheduling, field operations, and workforce management. The platform is used intensively every day by companies relying on efficient processes, reliable information, and seamless operations. Within the driven and close-knit team, communication lines are short, and you will have direct influence on technical decisions and platform direction.

What will you be doing?


  1. Managing Linux servers, virtual machines, Docker workloads, and Rancher Kubernetes environments.
  2. Monitoring platform availability, performance, and stability, and optimizing hosting and infrastructure environments.
  3. Improving and expanding GitLab CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and operational tooling.
  4. Supporting Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives with Terraform.
  5. Contributing to storage and platform services such as Longhorn and MinIO, observability, backup, and disaster recovery.
  6. Supporting development teams with automated tests, quality gates, release processes, and exploring AI-driven engineering tools.


What do you bring?


  1. At least 5 years of relevant experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Systems Administration.
  2. Strong Linux administration skills and proven experience with Docker, container environments, and Kubernetes administration.
  3. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, with GitLab experience being a strong plus.
  4. Excellent problem-solving skills, the capacity to work independently, and strong ownership.
  5. Professional proficiency in the English language.
  6. Experience with Rancher, MariaDB, high availability, monitoring platforms, Terraform, or working in a SaaS environment is a nice plus.
