About the Role

As a DevOps Engineer within our Platform Team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a scalable, reliable developer platform. Your mission is to enable development teams to focus entirely on building business features while continuously improving the underlying infrastructure, tooling, and automation.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and implement a modern developer platform.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes.
• Manage and optimize AWS cloud environments.
• Improve the developer experience through efficient tooling and streamlined workflows.
• Ensure the platform remains reliable, secure, and highly scalable.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to continuously optimize engineering processes.

What You'll Bring

• Experience as a DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, or Site Reliability Engineer (SRE).
• Proven hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Experience with Rust is a strong advantage.
• Experience with NixOS, or a willingness to learn and work with it.
• Solid knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD, and automation.
• A proactive mindset and a passion for building reliable, scalable platforms.
