Machine building PLC Mechanical engineer

Your responsibilities

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will:

• Advise clients and internal stakeholders on technical feasibility and manufacturability
• Translate customer requirements into concepts and detailed designs
• Perform and validate complex engineering calculations
• Develop and maintain engineering standards and processes
• Create and review specifications and technical documentation
• Design and check 3D models and production drawings
• Coach and support junior and medior engineers
• Identify risks and opportunities within projects
• Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
• 5–10 years of experience in machine building or similar environments
• Strong experience with 3D CAD software (e.g. Inventor or similar)
• Solid knowledge of engineering standards, guidelines, and manufacturability
• Analytical, solution-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders
• Experience mentoring engineers or leading projects is a plus
