About the Role

As a Linux DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and integrating new tools, automation solutions, and platform capabilities that support hundreds of software engineers. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team focused on innovation, continuous improvement, and the development of cutting-edge engineering environments.

Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of software development processes used in highly advanced technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance engineering tools and platform components.
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Jenkins.
• Translate engineering requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop automation solutions and Infrastructure-as-Code using Ansible.
• Integrate engineering applications with underlying infrastructure and services.
• Create and maintain container-based development environments using Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes.
• Develop proof-of-concepts and evaluate emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with international engineering teams to deliver new platform capabilities and innovations.

What We're Looking For

• Completed MBO-4, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Linux engineering; experience with Red Hat environments is an advantage.
• Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker or Podman, or a willingness to learn.
• Experience with automation and Infrastructure-as-Code tools, preferably Ansible.
• Interest in CI/CD technologies and software delivery processes.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Ansible.
• Experience with container platforms such as Kubernetes, Docker, or Podman.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD automation solutions.
• Background in application support or platform support environments.
