What will you do?

As an IT recruitment consultant, I’m excited to present a unique opportunity for a Dev Lead to play a key role in maintaining the back-end quality of decentralized healthcare solutions in the Netherlands. The company’s Interoperability Network (ION) facilitates secure data exchange across healthcare systems, managing critical functions such as Single-Sign-On, authentication, authorization, and audit logging. Built on microservices architecture, technologies like Rust, Kubernetes, Golang, and FHIR are central to the tech stack. This role involves a mix of hands-on coding and team management, making it an excellent fit for those who thrive in both leadership and technical development.

What does the company need?

We are seeking individuals who are driven, self-motivated, and take initiative. Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills are crucial. Additionally, you should have:

• A degree in computer science or a related technical field, along with a minimum of 4 years of engineering experience, including 1-2 years in a leadership position.
• Strong proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot and Kubernetes. Familiarity with NodeJS and Rust is a plus.
• A flexible, language-neutral approach to software development.
• Previous experience in the health-tech sector is highly desirable.

Salary between 6000 - 7000 euro gross a month based on experience
