About the Role

As a Senior Hardware Engineer, you will be at the heart of our engineering process — designing, configuring, and communicating innovative hardware control solutions. These solutions are essential to our customers, and critical to our production and installation operations.

Your output will include high-quality designs and Bills of Materials that not only meet the project requirements but also align with our engineering standards.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Independently design and configure hardware control systems for development and customer projects.
• Create and maintain detailed Bill of Materials (BoMs) and design documentation.
• Ensure smooth execution of engineering tasks, identifying and solving deviations as they arise.
• Work in line with project planning, collaborating with internal teams to meet deadlines.
• Take ownership of your discipline throughout the project lifecycle — from concept to successful start-up.
• Provide clear, timely project updates, and be flexible in time and location to support project needs.

👤 What You Bring

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in a hardware engineering role, preferably in an industrial or automation setting.
• Strong understanding of control systems design and hardware component selection.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, flexible, and hands-on approach to engineering challenges.
