Commercial Support Engineer After Sales

About the Role

You will play a key role in both the pre-sales and post-sales process, ensuring that customer requests are translated into high-quality solutions and delivered on time. From defining scopes and preparing quotations to coordinating service delivery, you will manage the full lifecycle of after-sales activities.

All activities are handled from the office in the Diemen region.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to define scope and service solutions
• Prepare detailed and accurate quotations based on customer requirements
• Gather input from engineering, field service, and other departments for complex requests
• Process and manage customer orders in the ERP system
• Monitor delivery timelines and proactively follow up on delays
• Coordinate and schedule field service engineers when required
• Ensure successful completion and closure of service orders
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders in Dutch and English

Your Profile

• Technical background (engineering degree or similar preferred)
• Experience in project coordination or a similar role within a technical environment
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
• Proactive and result-driven with a hands-on mentality
• Able to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (additional languages are a plus)

What’s Offered

• Salary up to €5,500 gross per month, depending on experience
• 33 days of leave (25 vacation days + 8 ADV days)
