Backend / DevOps Engineer (Go, Kubernetes, Airflow

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain the backend of a complex platform and its integrations with other applications in the stack.
• Work at the intersection of application development and Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Contribute hands-on to both development and operational management.
• Optimize and improve existing web applications and platform performance.
• Collaborate closely within an agile development team.
• Help manage and improve the full development lifecycle using modern tooling and automation.

What We’re Looking For

• A true hands-on developer — this is not a team lead or managerial role.
• Comfortable joining an existing team working on a complex application landscape.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in multiple programming languages, with strong expertise in:
• Golang (most important)
• Python (preferred)
• Strong hands-on experience developing applications running on Kubernetes, including Helm chart development and management.
• Experience with Apache Airflow is a strong plus.
• Experience with XBRL is a plus.
• Experience with performance optimization of existing web applications is preferred.
• Comfortable working with new technologies and continuously learning.
• Capable of managing and maintaining the full technology stack.
• Strong focus on code quality, documentation, and best practices.
• Familiar with modern development and DevOps tooling such as:
• Git
• GitHub Actions
• Kubernetes
• Helm
• Docker
• SonarQube
• IDEs such as Visual Studio Code or JetBrains products
• Able to manage and maintain these technologies as part of daily work.

Additional Information
